"Don't use their services. I had credit in my account. The cleaner didn't show up on time, after 25 mins tried to call them no answer at all. then used the chat via the mobile application, the representative kept me waiting more than 20 mins and kept saying please wait am checking. I couldn't wait more so I told her please cancel the booking. the response I got was : ok Done to find out that they used the money in my account credit ! this is simply called ( scamming , theft)"
