تم إلغاء الزيارات من قبلهم منذ عامين ولم تتم إعادة المبالغ المدفوعة حتى الآن بالرغم من جميع محاولات التواصل معهم 👎
I'm rating the service not the application, this service is not trustworthy I booked and paid for service; on the same day they didn't arrive and they cancelled the visit. It's one of the worst services in the market, I won't book them again and I don't recommend it to any of my friends.
شركه نصابه ما رجعولنا فلوس حجوزات اللي قبل كورونا الله لا يسامحكم
الحذر الحذر من التعامل معهم تم تعليق الخدمة واحتجاز المبلغ في المحفظة منذ عامين بسبب جائحة كورونا، وإلى اليوم لا يمكنك حجز خدمة أو استرداد المبلغ في حسابك البنكي لا مصداقية ولا أمانة ولا إنصاف ولا زالت المحاولات قائمة لأخذ حقوق المتضررين من الجهات الرسمية وسيعلم الذين ظلموا أي منقلب ينقلبون
Worst customer support you will ever have. I have credit since lockdown days, I cannot neither use it nor refund it. Don't deal with these amateurs..
اسعارهم حلوه لكن فيه مشكله ف الدفع يتم سحب مبلغ أعلى من المبلغ المتفق عليه من تجربتي للخدمة مرتين العاملات مستوى شغلهم متوسط اذا احد عنده شغل كثير لا انصح فيه
اغلقتوا الخدمة واموالنا عندكم وما ارجعتوها مهما طلبتها
Don't use their services. I had credit in my account. The cleaner didn't show up on time, after 25 mins tried to call them no answer at all. then used the chat via the mobile application, the representative kept me waiting more than 20 mins and kept saying please wait am checking. I couldn't wait more so I told her please cancel the booking. the response I got was : ok Done to find out that they used the money in my account credit ! this is simply called ( scamming , theft)
التطبيق لا بأس به لكن بنود الخدمة وخدمة العملاء غير منصفة، لا افكر بإعادة التعامل معهم والأسلم حذف التطبيق
